How your pelvis works

How you are meant to move – soft, flexible, easy! (Truely!)

What is your “Fluid Body”? Why is finding it essential to your health and wellbeing?

*This is not a yoga class or a typical exercise class: You learn soft, gentle, specific movements to release your pelvis and begin to teach your body a new way to be.

Leave with simple exercises you can really do at home!

Claim healthier hips & spine

Move more comfortably through your day

Move more freely with your horse (Even though this is a non-riding workshop!)

Accessibility:

If you can sit or lay on thick martial arts mats, you can participate fully in this class.

We also walk some on flat flooring. We might walk outdoors a short way on asphalt.

Be prepared:

Wear loose, comfortable clothing that you can move around in.

Work in bare feet or grippy socks.

Bring your water bottle and any snacks you’ll need.
