Mid-winter can be cold, dreary and uninviting until we learn to look at it from the inside out. Did you know that mid-winter is also the time that seeds begin to germinate and birds begin to mate? Life awakens!

Join us for Waking Up to Love Gong Bath & Blessing, our mid-winter                                                                Horse Hungry Mixer and celebration of love!

Bring a deeper meaning to your relationships in this season of love!

Experience how awakening to life opens you up to expanding love for yourself and for others!

What is a gong bath? It is a meditative, sound-healing immersion experience designed to cleanse, refresh and wake you to the love within. You are fully clothed and there is no water involved!

Gregg plays Tibetan gongs to sculpt the sounds that bring us to our own mid-winter awakenings. You will feel the sounds wash over you, thrum throughout your body and reverberate in your bones.

How do I participate? For the best possible gong bath experience, lay on your pad on the wood floor. Some seating is available if that works best for you.

What is the “Awake Walk”? In our newly awakened state, we end our afternoon in a brief ceremony, walking the land and greeting the animals to give and receive the blessings of the day.

What do I bring? Wear comfortable indoor clothes and bring a thick blanket or yoga pad for sitting and laying on. Bring outdoor layers and boots for the “awake walk”.  It will be held outdoors if at all possible. No slick soles, please.

Water, hot teas and light refreshments will be served. Bring your own snacks if needed.

What can I expect?
